Hello! Auuggghhh! It has been too long since I have written again! Today i went out to dinner with my parents at House of Genji in san jose. It was yummy! I had a vegetable platter this time, instead of my usual chicken/steak dinner. And I really liked it! And this is the first time I have eaten there that I haven't felt sick, or had to take some food home. I ate it all, and i don't even feel sick. One thing bad though, I had fried rice, and it had egg and chicken broth in it.
I weighed myself at my normal time on sunday night, and i gained back a pound. So, either I didn't exercise enough last week, or I ate too much. Also, it could be lady time water retention! That is what i am hoping it is, but in any case it has motivated me to work harder this week! So far so good. I rode my bike both days and I stuck to my diet both days.
It is very very hard to be 100% vegan. I definitely am not. But i know i am pretty close. As long as it is working, that makes me happy. Talk to you soon!
