Days 52-62, May 22-31, 2012

Hello Again, finally! :) I am down 16 lbs!!! Yay!!! 217!! So, just 18 more lbs to go until under 200, which I hope to hit by the end September. That is 18 weeks from now. Wish me luck!! It is going good still. I am still eating 97% vegan. My weakness is still with the dairy, and the traces in morning star veggie meats that I am not going to give up. I feel like I was pretty bad today though, I feel like I ate too much. I went to Chipotle and didn't ride my bike so that is probably why I don't feel that great about today. I definitely feel better when i ride by bike, but i do like to take a lunch with my work friends once in a while you know? It has been hard to fit in roller blading the last few weeks too because my mom has been out of town, and i only go with her, then this week has just been so busy!

I think I found a little bit of a weigh-in trick. I have been actually weighing and logging my weight on Sunday night. But I find if i weigh myself on Friday night so i kinda know where i am at, it inspires me to be better on the weekend so i don't gain a lot back or make less progress than i see i am making friday night. So, it is working psychologically to do that. :)
