Hi Everyone! Sorry, I am slacking on my writing. It has been a long week. My grandmother died. I had a couple of binges with chips and soda.
I lost the pound that I had gained, so at least that is good, but I didn't lose any more yet. I want to lose weight faster!!! One pound a week is soooooo slooooooow.
I am still torn with whether or not I am trying to be 100% vegan. I think I found some good creamer that i can use that is dairy free, so that is good. I need to try to like soy milk in my starbucks coffee or i need to completely cut it out. Then I need to cut out veggie meat that has egg and milk products in it. So, anyway still thinking. Maybe I will lose weight faster if i cut out those things more completely? More strictly?
Okay goodnight, i will try to write more often. I know I say that everytime. :)
