Last night's reading was about heart health. It discussed the fact that this diet is good for your heart. I watched the forks over knives documentary the other night and it also talked a lot about how much better a plant based diet is for your heart than meat and dairy! This diet can actually help reverse the plaque build up in your heart. Anyway, it is good to know that hopefully i won't have a heart attack anymore, if i stay on this diet and keep losing weight.
I am getting a new recipe for lasagna from my friend Caleb, and I am so excited! Cause the other vegan one i made was kinda yucky!! This one is better!!! He let me try a piece, so i know it is good! Hopefully i can make it as good!
No exercise today, it was raining during lunch so no bike ride. I was supposed to go out to eat tonight, but i felt kinda sick this afternoon so i cancelled and now i am home relaxing. Hopefully i will feel better tomorrow. I don't even think i am going to eat dinner.
