Well, there are no more readings in the book to talk about. Now it goes into the meal plans and recipes. I haven't looked at it in depth quite yet.
I lost one more pound. So, guess I am slowing down now. I only lost the one pound in one week. I really hope that i can average 1-2 pounds per week and keep this going.
I rode my bike today, so that was good. I was going to go rollerblading with my mom, but i had to work late.
I also decided that i want to try to find a vegan coffee creamer that tastes good. Silk Creamer was recommended but they didn't have it at trader joe's. The ones i saw there didn't look so good. I am not really sure, but i hope i can find one that will work. I really want to try to do what the book says and not cheat. I need to stick to it, and find the substitutes I need so i don't have to cheat. I think i found a good cheese substitute so far, so now just for the creamer since that is the other thing i am consistently cheating on.
