Last night's reading was about convenience foods. This was a really good reading, because i like things that are easy and convenient! I am going to have to try couscous again sometime. it was on the convenient list. It also had quick tips at the end about shortcuts you can take to cook quicker. It has been raining all week, so i haven't been able to ride my bike or rollerblade. At least I have still been eating well. Last night I did a mid-week weigh in and i was at 225! yay!
