Day 12, April 12, 2012

The reading for day 11 was about tips for eating well, and sticking to your diet when you travel. It has some good tips about making sure you have snacks, get hotel rooms with kitchen and go to a local grocery store. It also talks about how it is easier now to eat vegetarian and vegan - there are more choices than there used to be.

I think this whole new lifestyle and any diet is about making the right choices. It is always a choice. Just an example, before i started this diet if i went to subway i would have chips and soda as a side. But when i went while on this diet, i got apples and water. Most places you go, you just make a choice to eat healthy. Why didn't I do this before, right? :)
