Today I went bike riding! Yay for me! And i did good on my diet too!
Last night, the reading was about oils. And how you shouldn't use them! It says to keep away from most oils, even olive oil, my favorite! It says to try to cook without oil as much as possible. There was a paragraph that reminded me to "skip fried foods, avoid adding oils to foods, and look for packaged productes with no more than two or three grams of fat per serving." Good tips, but will be pretty hard.
Tomorrow might be a challenging day. It is my birthday and my mom and stepdad want to take me to dinner. I am not sure where to go!! Wherever I go, i need to change what i would usually order, which makes me a little sad. :( I was thinking Japanese food sounds good, but i used to order chicken teryaki and california roll or tempura and california roll. The chicken is definitely out, and the tempura is not really okay because it is fried. For california roll, can i stil have the imitation crab? Is it considered meat? My other idea was Spaghetti Factory, and I think everything is safe there? but i just had spaghetti last night. Anyways, I will decide, and i will let you know! :)
