My last reading was about choosing good carbs. Yay, I can have carbs on this diet! :) But you have to learn about good carbs. There are a lot of good carbs you can have with low glycemic indexes. It also talks about how important fiber is. A healthy diet should have forty grams of fiber per day! That's a lot of fiber! But its not that hard to get there if you eat the right foods.
I went rollerblading today! I really need to be better at exercising this week. My excuse this week was that it was raining! But I do have a bike trainer at home, so I should have ridden at night at home!
I haven't weighed myself yet, I hope I was able to lose weight this week even though I didn't exercise. I will let you know tomorrow how my weigh-in goes!
