Day 17, April 17, 2012

Last nights reading was about foods that conquer pain. Very interesting. There are certain foods that cause you to have inflammations, migraines, back pain, and cramps! So, if you eliminate those foods, you can eliminate those problems. I thought that was pretty cool. A plant-based diet really helps a lot of these problems to go away.

Today I was really hungry. I think I didn't eat enough food throughout the day. And my salad at lunch was really gross, you know how it gets gross and wilty? That's how my salad was. I hate it when it was like that. I also used some really gross dressing. So, it was just BAD. I really need to go grocery shopping.

I am really craving a taco bell burrito. But the cool thing, is I can have it! just with no cheese! yay! I haven't given in yet though. I will try not to think about it. I didn't go get it today. I ate leftovers for dinner. I don't know what I am going to take for lunch tomorrow since I really really don't want a salad. We'll see.
