Day 18, April 18, 2012

Do you ever have a hard time sleeping? A healthy diet will help you sleep better! And sleeping better helps you stick to a healthy diet! I actually see how that makes sense, because it says that if you aren't sleep-deprived it is easier to say no to temptation. One thing i really didn't know or ever think about is the fact that when you sleep your brain produces the appetite-control hormone. Anyway, it also gives tips on how to sleep better. Increasing physical activity, avoiding caffiene, avoiding alcohol, are all good tips.

Mom and I tried to play tennis tonight for exercise! I think we did get a pretty good work out, because uh, we aren't very good, so we had to chase the ball all over, ha ha!! I didn't ride my bike today, i went out to lunch, and it was windy anyway!
