Goals

I am planning on weighing myself every Sunday night before bed. I have been told I should weigh myself in the morning, with no clothes on, after I pee! But my thought is, no matter what the weight says, as long as I do it at the same time every week, I will see the loss. So, it is most convenient for me to remember to weigh myself on Sunday nights, and that is what I am doing! My first weigh in, on March 25th, I weighed 233. I am too lazy to actually measure myself, so I am going to track my progress by weight and by clothes sizes. Right now I wear extra large shirts, a 36D bra, and size 18 pants. I would like these to go away! I would really like to be in a size 10 and medium size shirts, and smaller bras!! My goal is to lose 1 lb per week. Ultimately, I need to lose about 70 lbs, but I am trying to think in small baby steps! My first baby step goal is to lose 10 lbs in 10 weeks, so by June 3, I would like to weigh 223.

These books don’t really focus on exercise, but I know I need it. I was being really good about bike riding in Gilroy almost every week day. I started last May, but then when the weather got bad and I went on Christmas vacation I kind of stopped. My goal is to start going at least 3 times a week again! I also am going to be rollerblading with my mom some evenings and weekends. I am going to be logging these fitness accomplishments too!
