Beans Beans, the magical fruit, the more you eat, the more you toot! That is what I think of when I think of beans! Beans are sooooo good for you though! Especially on a vegan diet, they help you get your protein! This is what my last reading was about. I really need to try to eat more of them. I do like them a lot. It also gives a couple of tips if they give you gas - you should start small, get used to them first, and then make sure to cook them well. Beans should be really soft, that will help your gas. :) Also, different types may give you different levels of... ahem....issues.
I didn't eat out today. I ate well. I need to go grocery shopping tomorrow. It was a nice day today, and I should have exercised, but i didn't. Hopefully I will go rollerblading with mom tomorrow that will be good exercise.
