So, today is Day 2 of my official 21 day kickstart. The book says you shouldn't be hungry if you eat enough of the right food, and the fiber food that will stick with you. I am not sure I am eating enough because i am pretty hungry throughout the day. That is dangerous! There are always snacks and crap to eat at work, and i need to make sure i stay away from it!! I decided that with this new lifestyle change that it includes not eating any crap at work. I am only going to eat what I bring in. So, this is a challenge in itself. It is hard because when i am hungry, or bored, or stressed or upset i just want to eat everything!!
I rode my bike today, AND i rollerbladed tonight! So, I did good on the exercise today!
I haven't read the book entry for Day 2 yet, I will read it before I go to bed and write down my thoughts tomorrow.
How come there are so many good recipes that are vegetarian, but they all have cheese??? I LOVE cheese! But i can't use it! i better find a good vegan one.....
